Foreword
With China’s entry into WTO, Beijing, as the political, economic, and cultural center and the window of opening to the outside world, has successfully bided the Olympic Games 2008. So far, many Olympic gymnasiums and relevant infrastructure has been started working, infrastructure expanding and rebuilding and thousands of new projects are being carried out, which will inevitably bring us historical opportunities as well as challenges in pipe business, we must seize the opportunities and win more market shares by making full preparation and win initiative in hot market competition under WTO rules and international bidding procedure.
In order to promote the development of China pipe industry, the 9th (Autumn) China International Pump &Valve Exhibition will be open from Oct.9 to 11 2008 in China International Exhibition Center in Beijing under the support of governments of various levels and industry associations. The companies from America, England, German, Australia, Italy, South Korea, Canada, Spain, Holland, Norway, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan and other countries and districts will display their new products, technologies and equipments. Welcome to participate and visit.
Review of 2007 Exhibition:
The 8th (autumn) China International Pump & Valve Exhibition was held from Sep.12. to Sep.14.2007 in China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. The Water Supply, Drainage, Treatment Exhibition also held in that period. With an exhibition area of 8000 square meters, more than 300 enterprises and companies from home and abroad were attracted to the exhibition. On the opening day, six TV station including CCTV, BTV reported the exhibition. With its sweeping scale, professional, wide influence, and high quality, and over 40 thousand visitors, the exhibition received wide reorganization by the circle and called as an international meeting. Besides, technology exchange activities also carried out during the exhibition period. In a word, the exhibition ended with great success．
Exhibition schedule:
Move-in Period: Oct 7-8, 2008 (8:30—17:00)
Exhibition Period: Oct 9-11, 2008 (9:00—16:30)

▼Valves: butterfly valve, sluice valve, cut off valve, balance valve, gas pressure relief valve, clappet valve, ball valve, plunger valve, pneumatic valve, electromagnetic valve, controlling valve, relief valve, special valve, high pressure valve etc.
▼Others: all kinds of line, pump &valve seal and antisepsis, corrosion resistant coating, varieties of check cleaning equipment etc.
Exhibition booth fee
Standard booth (3m x 3m): including exhibiting site, 2.5M high partition plate, a
company name fascia board, 9 M² of carpet，1 information counter, 2 chairs, 1 electric
socket (220 V) and 2 daylight lamps.
Domestic exhibition area:
For foreign exhibitors: US$ 3,600/booth, during exhibition period
Open space: (Min.36M²) including exhibiting site，security, cleaning services. (Without maintenance fee of RMB20 / M2 charged by exhibition center)
Special Indication：
The exhibitor should pay 20% booth rental fee in addition if you choose the booth or need the two-side open booth.
Each exhibitor should pay RMB600 for exhibition material, lunch and memorial etc.
The exhibit transportation and hotel reservation will be supplied according to the exhibitor brochure.
Participation Procedures
The exhibitors should complete the Application Form with signature and send or fax it to the organizer as early as possible. At least 50% booth rental fee should be remitted to the organizer within one week after application. The balance should be remitted before Sep 30, 2008, otherwise we will consider it as cancellation. The booth allocation is on “First come, First served” basis.
When you effect the payment, you should fax the bank remittance receipt to us for our reference.
After receiving the application form and booth fee, the organizing committee will send the invoice and exhibitor brochure. The payment of booth rental fee will not be returned for any cancellation after the application.
Exhibition Directory
The organizer will print Exhibition Directory and send them to the government departments, associations, visitors and other relevant people in this region. The exhibitors should fax about 200 words of company introduction to the organizer which will be printed in the Exhibition Directory free of charge. The deadline is Sep 30, 2008.

Activities
There will be such activities as product display, business negotiation and technology exchanges during the exhibition period. The enterprises may apply for any of these activities. The technology exchange meeting will charge for certain fees: 6000 Yuan for domestic enterprises, ＄1500 for overseas enterprises, and the exhibition will last for 2 hours.
